How We Hire

A process that respects your time.

Our entire hiring process takes 2–3 weeks. No take-home projects longer than 3 hours. No whiteboard algorithms. We hire based on how you'd actually do the job.

Application Review

A senior engineer in the relevant discipline reviews every application. No keyword filtering, no ATS black holes. We respond within 5 business days with a yes or no and brief feedback.

1–5 days

Introductory Call (30 min)

A 30-minute video call with your potential hiring manager. We talk about your background, what you're looking for, and give you a frank picture of the role. No trick questions.

Day 7–10

Technical Assessment (2–3 hrs)

A paid technical exercise (£150 / $180 honorarium) reflecting real work at Edural. For engineers: a realistic coding or architecture problem. For designers: a design critique and concept. No abstract puzzles.

Day 10–14

Panel Interview (90 min)

Meet 3 people: a technical peer, the hiring manager, and someone from a different team. We discuss your assessment, past work, values, and questions about Edural. Structured, fair, and two-way.

Day 14–17

Offer & Onboarding

We make offers within 48 hours of the final interview. No exploding offers — you have 7 days to decide. Onboarding begins within 2 weeks of your start date with a dedicated buddy for your first 90 days.
